The PaCRISPR server comes back online on 28th October 2021 after updating a new SSL certificate on its cloud server.
Predict
PaCRISPR is a universal predictor for high-throughput identification of novel anti-CRISPRs based on their protein sequences. It employs four types of evolutionary features and integrates them within an ensemble framework, to accurately identify anti-CRISPRs. Additionally, for each predicted anti-CRISPR, PaCRISPR visualizes the closeness of its relationships with known anti-CRISPRs based on sequence similarity and phylogenetic considerations.
